Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation-Direct GS3-43P0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avocent products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Autotech-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avocent such as the 500141002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS24300D manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E7RRL101000SS by Manufacturer Autotech-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has B--B-Electronics Brand EIR5102MCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optimation-Inc such as SR2230 equipment made by Optimation-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optimation-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optimation-Inc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4605362502G made by Aydin-Controls as well as the popular DMC10 original spares produced by Azbil

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3PS6949 by B--R-Automation and SR2230 spares by Optimation-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 891013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aw-Gbg.
